Now we had a lot of work to do in one week. We are expecting over 100 guests for our opening meeting on Sept. 8th.  So we are still working on laying floor tiles, cleaning and washing the windows in the new building. Then mowing the lawn, making handcrafts while some of the staff were working on making Videos about the children. Everyone was working and there was such a sense of unity. It was the neatest thing. I just loved every moment watching how our big family was working together.

We were ready for the first guests. We were so excited to see our friends coming for this special occassion. WE had to run to the store many times to buy lots of water and soft drinks. The kids loved unpacking all the groceries and getting a few snacks on the side. We hired some extra cooks and helpers in the kitchen and things went quiet smoothly.
